Frequently Asked Questions

If you received your arrangement in the mail, it will most likely be wrapped in plastic wrap and nestled in a bubble wrap-cushioned box. The leaves of the plant will be supported with pieces of cotton. Carefully open the box as soon as you can. Simply unwrap the plastic carefully, and remove the bits of cotton and bits of soil that may have shifted in transit. Be careful to leave colorful preserved moss in place, this is not filler.

Check the wetness of the soil, if it is dry, then it is time to water. For more comprehensive care instructions, please refer to our Care Guide.

Your arrangement is ready to go and does not need a new container unless or until it outgrows its original.

Due to market availability, you will not be able to choose the succulent plants for your arrangement. Please advise that there will be variations of succulents and moss used in your arrangement, but rest assured that we take care to choose the highest-quality varieties available.

With the proper care, your succulents can survive for several months to years.

As your plant grows, it creates new leaves, while the older ones die. This is entirely normal, especially at the bottom of the plant.

Please inspect your arrangement when delivered. If for any reason it has arrived damaged or in substandard condition, email us a photo of the arrangement and box to fatleafdelivery@gmail.com along with the name on the order. We guarantee all of our plants for 30 days from the arrival date to both be healthy, and arrive in good condition. Depending on the circumstances, we will replace your order, or issue a full or partial credit.
