Frequently Asked Questions
Carefully open the box as soon as you can. Be sure arrows are pointing up. Gently remove shreds of paper to reveal your plant gift. Check for moss that may have attached to paper shreds before disposing of packing material.
Succulents like to dry out completely between waterings, usually this takes 3-4 weeks. You can check the moisture level with a toothpick or popsicle stick by inserting it into the middle of the arrangement down to the bottom. If it is free from dirt and moisture, then it is time to water. Pour no more than 1/4 of a cup of water for each plant into the center of the arrangement or at the base of each plant. Dish arrangements do not have a hole in the bottom, so do not over water.
Your arrangement is ready to go and does not need a new container unless or until it outgrows its original.
Due to market availability, you will not be able to choose the succulent plants for your arrangement. Please advise that there will be variations of succulents and moss used in your arrangement, but rest assured that we take care to choose the highest-quality varieties available.
With the proper care, your succulents can survive indefinitely.
As your plant grows, it creates new leaves, while the older ones die. This is entirely normal, especially at the bottom of the plant.
Please inspect your arrangement when delivered. If for any reason it has arrived damaged or in substandard condition, email us a photo of the arrangement and box to fatleafdelivery@gmail.com along with the name on the order. We guarantee all of our plants for 30 days from the arrival date to both be healthy, and arrive in good condition. Depending on the circumstances, we will replace your order, or issue a full or partial credit.
